This large scale project included a full mechanical services design and install package. This outstanding building was completely refurbished from top to bottom using the highest quality products. Our works included a total design and install plant room, with full BMS controls, high pressure hot water services, and the install of over 25 high-end en suites. The building was well suited to cast iron radiators, which were installed throughout, although we were also able to incorporate the modern comfort of underfloor heating in all the bathrooms. This entire heating system of underfloor and radiators was then able to be controlled from a computer or mobile device, allowing for seamless control of comfort in the building.
