During a total refurbish of the boarding block, our engineers designed and installed a brand new heating system, with weather compensation controls to provide comfort throughout the whole building, whilst significantly reducing energy wastage and running costs. The works also included new radiators throughout the building, fitted with TRV’s to further increase comfort and efficiency. A boosted water system to feed the newly installed shower rooms was also installed, which provided enough water to supply all the showers simultaneously.

We were able to work alongside the contractors own plumbers, and tailored our services to fit their needs.
